Good contractors are hard to come by, especially in Chicago, and I've personally had some really bad experiences on past projects so I can't overstate how much it means to work with a crew that actually shows up when they say they'll show up, and performs the work at a level of expertise commensurate with the price. Already we've had some heavy rains and the interior wall which used to become noticeably moist to the touch afterward remains bone dry now. Testimonial: Exceptional Work On Our Parapet Walls

AAA-1 Masonry recently completed a large project for our condo association. The two parapet walls needed complete rebuilding. 283 feet. We were worried about the damage to the large limestones that needed to be removed first. They did not break or damage a single limestone. Mirek the foreman, Muhammed, and the rest of the crew were on time, very friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves each day. I didn't receive a single complaint from the owners of the building about the crew or the project. The work completed on the parapet walls was exceptional according to our structural engineer. Frank Kruk was my contact person, and he is such a great man to work with. Thank you for everything!

I had several critical brick issues affecting our home through deteriorated bricks. When it rained it also rained inside my dining room and down my bedroom walls. I had many roofing and tuckpointing companies attempt to fix this issue with no success. When Dan Kruk evaluated the same areas, he identified the issues and presented a solution (and suggested a solution for an ongoing ice dam problem as well). He welcomed and answered all my questions. The company's coordination was excellent! The masonry team and materials arrived as scheduled, work was performed with respect for my time and property, and they even repaired damaged areas on the chimney and other areas without hesitation.
